3. Pricing and Payment
Prices and payment terms will be confirmed before a project starts.
Domain registration, hosting, premium plugins and other third-party services are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
Work outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges, subject to prior agreement.
4. Revisions and Changes
Each website package includes two rounds of revisions, unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions or significant changes to the original project scope may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images and other materials required for their projects.
Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights to any materials they provide.
Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.
6. Cancellations
Project cancellation terms, including payment for work already completed and any applicable refunds, will be agreed upon before the project begins.
Any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights for the completed website, design materials and other deliverables will be agreed upon as part of the project.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licence terms.
8. Third-Party Services
MAJI WEBDESIGN is not responsible for interruptions, price changes or service failures caused by third-party providers, such as hosting companies, domain registrars or plugin developers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable to the service provider and the relevant agreement, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections.
